About this product
A plug-and-play gigabit fiber media converter that turns a standard RJ45 camera link into a long-haul single-mode fiber run. Drop in any 1.25G SFP module and run CAT5e/6 from the camera to the converter, then push the signal up to 20km over a single fiber strand — ideal for parking lots, campuses, highways and any site where copper would never reach. No software, no configuration: power it, plug the fiber and the link is live. The metal case mounts on a wall or DIN rail and runs silently in a comms closet or pole enclosure.
FAQ
Do I need to buy the SFP module separately?
The converter has an SFP slot but ships without a module. Add our SF-SFP-1G-20 single-mode module for a 20km link, or any standard 1.25G SFP if your distance is shorter.
Will it work with my existing NVR and cameras?
Yes. It is transparent Layer-2 — plug the RJ45 side into your switch/NVR uplink or camera and the fiber side into the remote converter. No brand lock-in; works with Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview or any standard IP gear.
Will SurveilForge accessories work with my Hikvision, Dahua or Axis cameras?
Yes. SurveilForge accessories use open surveillance standards — IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, RJ45, BNC, and DC 12V/24V — so they work with any camera brand that follows those standards, including Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Reolink and others. We are an independent brand, not affiliated with any camera OEM.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?
Standard products are available as single units in the shop. OEM or custom-branded orders start at a minimum of 300 pieces.
